Dynamic recaps of conferences, industry meetings, and events. We capture the professional nature of the event and provide high-quality content for PR and social media communications.
Stages of cooperation:
Introductory meeting (pre-production):
A discussion about the details of the event (when and where it will take place, how many people will attend, how it will unfold, and what role it will play for the brand).
Determining the client’s expectations regarding the video content (the purpose for which we are creating the content—e.g., documentary-style reporting, behind-the-scenes footage, brand promotion, internal organizational communication; the platforms on which it will be broadcast; the preferred style and aesthetic of the content; and the client’s branding guidelines).
After the meeting, the client receives a summary of the agreements reached, along with a quote for the project.
Production:
During the event, the production team documents the proceedings in accordance with the agreed-upon script, in a manner that is as unobtrusive as possible for the participants and event organizers.
For interviews conducted during the event, we provide practical support for those with less media experience (a brief overview of working with a camera, help with overcoming stage fright, and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for the interview).
We prioritize security—all materials are backed up.
Post-production:
We begin editing the footage immediately after the event, in accordance with the agreed-upon script and brand guidelines.
As a standard practice, we include two rounds of revisions to the material as part of the contract, which are included in the project price.
